So, dies war ein feines Event: der Kreativ Basar in der Halle 02.
Das Wetter spielte mit, im Zollhofgarten scheinten freundlich goldene Sonnenstrahlen, so manch einer tauchte sogar (unfreiwillig) in den Pool ab!
Die Halle war zwar frei von jeglichem Tageslicht, aber eine warme, stimmige Atmosphäre gab es anyways.
An die 30 Stände präsentierten handgearbeitete Klamotten, wie z.B. die der Mannheimer Designerin Erika Hendrix mit ihrem Label asuyeta oder auch tillydeluxe, Label einiger kreativer Damen aus Heidelberg. Auch unsere lokalen Lieblings-T-Shirt-Macher KLONklamotten vom ehemaligen Labor Heidelberg waren vertreten.
Daneben sah man mindestens 10 Dawanda Shops, deren Produkte nur so vor Kreativität sprühten, und einen haufen Flohmärktler.
Die Musik war chillig, die Getränke gut und das Beste waren die netten, entspannten Kunden, die meisten darunter allerdings auf der Suche nach einem Schnäppchen.
Das Poster der Halle 02 war wohl etwas irreführend, denn angekündigt wurde ein Kreativ – Flohmarkt.
mit Flohmarkt assoziiert man aber weniger hochwertige Ware, die natürlich ihren Preis hat, und so kam es, dass wir von ein, zwei Kunden angemault wurden, unsere Preise seien zu teuer.
Dafür gab es aber enorm viele Shopper, die – von unserem Projekt angetan – gerne Support zeigten, indem sie die Preise aufrundeten. Danke noch mal an alle edlen Spender!
Bald macht Action House Heidelberg wieder einen Stand und wir freuen uns auf jeden, der reinschaut.
Wir sagen euch hier bescheid, wann das sein wird.
So, the Beat Basar in the Halle 02 was a great event.
The weather was cooperative, golden sunbeans were happily shining onto the Zollhofgarten, and some even jumped (albeit involuntarily) into the pool!
The Halle was free of natural light of any kind, but there was nonetheless a warm harmonious atmosphere.
Homemade clothes and accessories were sold from 30 stands and booths, including one from the Mannheim Designer, Erika Hendrix with her label asuyeta, and tillydeluxe, the label from another creative woman from Heidelberg. Even our favorite t-shirt producer was there, KLONklamotten from the former Labor-Heidelberg.
Furthermore, there were at least 10 DaWanda shops, their products oozing with creativity, and a ton of flea market sellers as well.
The music was downtempo, the drinks were tasty, but the best part was the nice and relaxed mood of the customers, casually bargain-hunting their way through the event.
The poster for the event was somewhat misleading, because they advertised a creative swap meet, which conjures images of cheap trinkets to mind, and a few customers seemed a bit surprised by the prices of our merchandise, despite the quality of the handiwork.
However, there was an enormous amount of shoppers who took a liking to our project and wanted to show their support, so they rounded up the price we asked and left us quite a tip! Thanks again to all our faithful supporters!
